    David M. Rambhajan

    David M. Rambhajan is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in construction, real estate, and business advocacy. As President of Industria Construction Services, he has led multimillion-dollar projects for federal clients, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Veterans Affairs. Passionate about mentorship, David is dedicated to supporting Veteran entrepreneurs and small businesses, advocating for impactful community initiatives nationwide.

    Charles Frangos, PE

    FOUNDING BOARD ADVISOR

    Charles L. Frangos, P.E., is an Afghan War Veteran and Professional Engineer with over 16 years of expertise in civil engineering and transportation policy. As President and CEO of Orion Engineers, he has delivered over 1,000 projects worth approximately $750 million for public and private sector clients. Charles is dedicated to supporting Veteran-owned businesses and advancing infrastructure development through strategic leadership and advocacy.

    FOUNDING BOARD ADVISOR

    Dan J. Futrell is a former U.S. Army Infantry Captain and Bronze Star recipient who served two combat deployments in Iraq. He is the Founder of Polymath University, an innovative educational initiative focused on debt-free degrees, and previously served as CEO of the Pat Tillman Foundation, where he led record-breaking revenue growth and launched leadership programs. Dan’s career exemplifies his commitment to advancing opportunities for Veterans and underserved communities through education and advocacy.
